TGWC offer a coating service to Glass Toughening companies.
The coating is a multi coat polyester and epoxy layer that is fused to the toughened glass surface giving a pin hole free opaque coating in any RAL colour that remains opaque when used with most adhesives.
The patented colour coating is highly durable having been based upon the coatings used to protect deep sea oil pipes.
All pigments used in the process ore organic, containg NO leads/heavy metals, cadmium or toxic elements.
It is a low energy process producing no toxic waste elements. |
